Wataru is a young boy who appears in the FLCL Progressive episode "Fool on the Planet." He appears to be on a date with Misaki, and even confesses his love to the young girl, until Yuya appears from the bushes. The two at first appear to be fighting over Misaki, until they lovingly embrace. He has a very low N.O. level.
