Synopsis[]

Crazy things happen during Hidomi's N.O. activation, and she is now left with a cheerful and happy personality, which is the total opposite of her real self. The only way to bring her back to normal is to destroy the cables of the giant iron.

Summary[]

About three months after the last incident, Haruko takes a few of her students to the beach. Hidomi finds herself being dragged along with Jinyu who is adamant about keeping her safe from Haruko as she has been stalking Hidomi for quite a while. Meanwhile, calling Goro's bluff about having a girlfriend, Ide and Marco meet a shy girl named Aiko who carries a flowerpot.

As Jinyu and Haruko talk about their goals, the kids enjoy their time on the beach, playing volleyball and building a sandcastle. Despite agreeing to a momentary ceasefire with Jinyu, Haruko buries her in a sand and cement cocoon before abducting Hidomi. Ide and the others soon return at which point they decide to search for both Haruko and Hidomi. Aiko soon has to leave as Goro escorts her to the train station, Marco follows the pair out of suspicion. It is revealed that Aiko is being paid by Goro in order to appear as his girlfriend, as she gifts her flowerpot to Goro as an exchange of sorts as she wants to hide her rent-a-date business. Marco's hiding spot is discovered as he heard the entire thing, much to Goro's despair. As Ide searches he finds Jinyu talking about fireworks, initially annoyed at her lack of help he soon runs off to search for Hidomi once again after Jinyu's words about all beautiful things eventually fading away resonates with him.

Ide searches through an abandoned Medical Mechanica factory and investigates noises, he finds Hidomi on an operating table with Haruko trying to make her overflow. Seeing her half-naked body, Ide overflows instead, a giant blob monster erupts from his forehead as he commands it to go and save Hidomi. Meanwhile, Marco can't help but laugh about Goro's situation as the latter picks up a stick and hits the flowerpot into the sky. As Aiko returns home she is asked by her father about a missing flowerpot to which she denies any knowledge of it. Afterwards, the floor underneath Masurao descends into an underground facility where he is greeted by Eye Patch on a screen asking for an update, to which Masurao claims that he cannot locate the flowerpot.

During the ensuing battle, Hidomi accidentally kisses Ide's chest, causing her headphones to go off which creates a large floating junk pile to emerge from her head. As Ide watches from afar he is hit by the flowerpot and is sent falling before he is saved by Jinyu, who is still sealed in her cement prison before she breaks her arms and legs out as her car transforms into a robot, she then hands Ide her guitar as she helps him avoid Haruko and gets him on top of the junk pile. Ide then hits the pile in its center causing the structure to collapse, freeing an unconscious Hidomi as he begs for her to wake up. Haruko makes an attempt to hit Hidomi with her guitar before Ide pushes her away, to which Haruko beckons him to remove Hidomi's headphones as Jinyu passes by in her wrecked car saying that its a trick before she crashes. As Haruko takes Ide's hands to remove the headphones he claims he can do it himself before he grabs them which causes the headphones' security protocol to activate, blowing away Ide, and drilling into Hidomi's head as the junk pile falls back to Earth.

As Jinyu scolds Ide for not heeding her warning she tells Haruko that the headphones' security protocol has activated and that there isn't anything she can do to stop it, as well as blaming Haruko for tempting Ide to remove the headphones. Ide agrees before he tends to Hidomi who is talking in her sleep. Meanwhile, Marco and Goro watch from a distance as the question everything that just happened and chalk it up to just being adolescence. Jinyu suggests that there is only one other option to which Haruko claims that she'll just have to break in, Jinyu claims that while their objectives may be different, their target is the same with the target being Medical Mechanica.
