MY FOOT is a song by Japanese rock group The Pillows. It is featured in FLCL Progressive and FLCL Alternative.
In Progressive, it is played at the beginning of the forth episode, "LooPQR", as a now upbeat and energetic Hidomi Hibajiri skips to school, while her friends and family notice that she is acting different.
In Alternative, it is played in the first episode, "Flying Memory", when Kana Koumoto, Tomomi "Pets" Hetada, Hijiri Yajima, and Man "Mossan" Motoyama decide to visit the shopping district after school in order pick up items for their rocket.
Originally released on the band's 2006 album, MY FOOT, the version used in Progressive and Alternative is a re-recorded version titled "MY FOOT (Fool on cool Version)". The "Fool on cool" version features a less prominent opening bassline, rearranged guitar parts and cleaner, non-doubled lead vocals. It was released on the fourth OST album, FooL on CooL generation.
