Kikuko Inoue (井上 喜久子?, Inoue Kikuko, born September 25, 1964) is a Japanese voice actress, singer, and narrator. She is known for often voicing motherly or ideal girlfriend type of characters in anime. She has a wide acting range, being able to play dignified, noble characters, as well as ditzy or sultry females and even male characters. She is often addressed as "Onee-chan" (Big sister) in the voice acting community and does a running gag at events, where she tells the audience that she is "forever seventeen years old".
She was the Japanese voice actress for Hinae Hibajiri in FLCL Alternative.
