Junko Minagawa (皆川純子, Minagawa Junko, born November 22, 1975) is a Japanese voice actress from Tsuchiura, Ibaraki Prefecture. She is well-known for voicing young boys, although she has done feminine lady roles, as well as flirtatious women.
She is the voice of Shinpachi in FLCL: Grunge.
